As we all know, we live in a day and age in which females, by and large, cannot be trusted. Unfortunately in these times, adultery and cheating is seen as cool and even something that people should aspire to commit. Females are especially prone to this sort of mindset, which is why we need to come up with a solution.
My proposed solution is a risk-assessment program performed by a totalitarian government run by men of intelligence, such as myself. In our Relations and Sex branch of government, we will place all females in our risk assessment program at the age of 13. At this point, various listening and recording devices shall by placed on the female so that our government can monitor every single action this female takes for the next 5 years. Of course, these devices would be nearly impossible to remove, and anyone who removes them is thrown in prison.
After our 5 years of surveillance are up, team members collaborate and give the female a score of 1-100 using the Slut Index Rating system. Any female who receives an average score of 1.1 or higher is to be placed in prison until we find a proper marital partner for them. Any male aged 18 or older is allowed to come to our department and view all of the accumulated data we have on said females so that he can make his marital selection properly.
Once the selection is made, the owner of this female receives a cage and a lock. This male is required by our Relations and Sex branch of government to place his property in said cage during all hours in which the man is not present at home. When the man is present, he is, of course, allowed to do whatever he pleases with his property, short of beating her undeservedly. Should any female escape the household, she wil be tracked down by the government using our monitoring systems, and placed in solitary confinement for life.
